Will manage the Admin and Human Resource department of Lagos/Abuja Office, which include the following:
HR Management: Oversee the full spectrum of human resources management function within the organization, which includes, but not limited to – workforce planning, policy formulation and implementation, development and implementation of functional appraisal and in-house training systems, development of high-level human resources policies and practices to support the aspirations of the company, management of the recruitment, selection and placement process.
Office Administration: Including – Inventory and Fixed asset management, Supplier and purchases management; ensure the effective and efficient provision and administration of office services, including, cleaning, catering, office supplies, logistics, security, fleet management etc; working with senior management in agreeing and enforcing budget and financial and internal controls; working with other unit heads to ensure proper project management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent communications skill, high level of interdependency, unquestionable integrity, result oriented and business focus, good PC skill and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
A degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting or similar; A reputable MBA is an advantage
Aged between 28 and 40 years
Not less than 5 year experience in HR and Admin management and covering most of the listed job functions
A considerable demonstration of leadership skills
A considerable knowledge of people management, purchasing, importation and inventory management.
