Accounts And Administrative Officer Enroyale Global Services Limited – Our client, a restaurant in Abuja, requires the services of an Accounts / Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities

  1. Running office administration
  2. Liaison with clients, trustees and suppliers
  3. Finance responsibilities to include:
  • Processing of suppliers invoices payments
  • Cash book entries into Sage Banking
  • Stock entries
  • Customers’ Monthly statements
  • Monthly/quarterly accounts
  • Preparation of final accounts
  • Consolidation of accounts
  • Prepare for audit
  • Budget monitoring
  • Cash flow monitoring
  • Petty cash control
  • Expense claims
  • Credit
  • VAT

Essential Requirements

  • Experience of Sage accounts software
  • Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Maintaining and organising effective electronic and manual filing systems
  • Excellent organisational skills, including ability to manage own time and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
