Field Sales Executive

Job description

  • Maintain good relationships with the company’s customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or the personal contacts.
  • “Get the sale” using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • monitor and ensure the achievement of sales objectives
  • assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • track, collate and interpret sales figures
  • forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
  • generate timely sales reports
  • Contribute in price development schedules and rates
  • implement sales policies and procedures
  • conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with clients.
  • Client relationship management
  • devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
  • cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Working towards stipulated targets.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attending exhibitions and other trade shows
  • Negotiating payment and pricing
  • Following up on business leads and referrals
  • Travelling to various client locations
  • Report on sales activities to top management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending professional workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
  • Converting prospects to customers
  • Rigorous follow-up of leads generated through various marketing channels
  • Conducting presentations
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors
  • Conduct road shows and corporate events
  • Keep an update on various developments in the catchment areas

Education and Experience

  • business degree or related professional qualification
  • Good understanding of the Real Estate Market
  • Sales oriented
  • Real estate background preferred
  • experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • technical sales skills
  • proven experience in customer relationship management
  • knowledge of market research
  • relevant product and industry knowledge
  • experience with relevant software applications
  • proven field sales experience
  • Self-motivated and driven
